A Little Bit About Me
I live in Saint Louis. I am a programmer. I am NOT an American citizen.

I like photography, drawing, painting, calligraphy, chess, videogames... and I love travelling.

On the religious front: I pray 5 times and never miss my salah. I have been blessed with a great job that affords me the luxury to make my own hours and create a lifestyle that works the best for me. Alhamdulillah.

I also try to read the Qur'an as much as I can with understanding. I am trying to memorize the Qur'an as much as Allah swt makes it easy for me.
I am a voracious reader. I love science fiction, adventure, non-fiction books. I also hold a good collection of Islamic literature. I regularly buy new books to update my knowledge and also re-read books like Minhaj Al-Muslim, Prayer according to sunnah, Sealed Nectar etc.

Most importantly, though I have a modern outlook towards life I keep my self away from cultural values and rituals that contradict authentic, established Islamic teachings. It is very important for me to verify facts and knowlege before following them so as to avoid falling into bid'ah and shirk.

I am very calm and composed most of the times, rarely get angry and prefer speaking softly. I hate confrontation and mindless arguments.

What I Am Looking For
I am looking for a wife, a friend, a partner not just for here but also for the hereafter. Someone who is loving, caring and understanding, respectful and mindful of others. Loves travelling, reading and has good conversational skills.

Religious and simple minded partner who values reason and lives by Qur'an and hadeeth - and not by the traditions and rituals of forefathers. Language and Location does not matter. Allah has created us as one nation of 1.6 billion muslims. I don't want to restrict my options :).
